The user of this site, by accessing it, accepts and declares to know the present Terms and Conditions of use of the same, which are detailed below. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from continuing to operate on the site.
May operate in TroopArt persons who are able to contract in accordance with the provisions of the Civil and Commercial Code of Argentina and applicable laws artists and buyers, (hereinafter, indistinctly the user). Persons who do not have such legal capacity may not use the site. This site is a virtual platform through which any registered user can publish his painting, photo or any artistic expression that Troopart subsequently accepts (hereinafter work), contemplate art, buy digital copies, prints, NFTs (non fungible token), according to the conditions that will be detailed below. We reserve the right to change or adapt these Terms and Conditions at any time and without giving reasons with effect for the future. You will be notified of these changes at least two weeks before they become effective by posting them on the website and, if you have created a user account on our website, by notifying your registered email address. You have the right to immediately cancel your account on our website if you do not agree to the changes to the Terms and Conditions. The changes will be deemed approved by you if you continue to use the Service after they become effective.
Accounts and registration
You have the option to create a user account on our website in order to be able to use the functions: publish your work, and/or purchase them. The opening of a user account can only take place with the agreement of these Terms and Conditions. When you create an account you must provide us with the information and data requested by TroopArt that is accurate, complete and current at all times. If your information changes after registration, you are obligated to correct your account information immediately. You may not use as a user name the name of another person or entity or that is not legally available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to the rights of a person or entity other than you without express authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activity or action under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately at email@example.com upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
When you upload a work, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, non- perpetual, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to reproduce, adapt and modify (including translation), distribute, market, publicly perform, publicly display, transmit, make available, store and archive and otherwise use such Content (in whole or in part) on and through the Service. You acknowledge and confirm that your Content will be available to the public and by sharing and submitting it to TroopArt through the various means of contact, you are granting the website the permission and freedom to publish, promote, reproduce and market copies of the Content submitted. Without being affected by any of the aforementioned processes the copyright of the submitted content in its original version, to which the website has no access and corresponds to the author of the content on the original version.

We reserve the right to remove any Content at any time if we believe it is defective, of poor quality or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. You represent and warrant that: the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and you grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms and Conditions, and TroopArt will not need to obtain licenses from any third party or pay compensation or royalties to any third party with respect to the Content; your Content does not infringe any third party rights (including, in particular, copyright, related rights, intellectual property rights, naming rights, personality rights, privacy rights, data rights or other proprietary rights), and your Content complies with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.
Intellectual property; License for users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you may access and use the Website and the Services. The Website and the Service are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other protective rights and are subject to copyright and other protective laws. TroopArt is the rightful owner or licensee of all rights in and to the website and service. All Content available for download, consumption or purchase may be used for personal and/or commercial purposes upon payment of the fee charged by the site.
In order to be able to make purchases, the interested user must register on the site by providing all the personal information required. The user agrees that the information to be provided at all times, both when registering on the site and when making a purchase, and / or any other occasion on which information must be provided, will be correct and reliable, pledging to update it if necessary, and taking full responsibility for any damages that may be caused by the inclusion of any incorrect or inaccurate information provided when registering, including any costs that may be incurred by the site as a result. The site has been designed so that any consumer can make purchases of the products offered therein. The user declares to know and accept that at the moment of confirming the operation that he/she carries out, it will constitute a purchase-sale operation, being applied to the same all the legal norms corresponding to it.he site.
The user will receive via e-mail the purchased file, which he/she can download, share or use as he/she prefers. By completing the operation, the user is obliged to review the files at the moment of receiving them in his/her e-mail box. Any additional cost generated as a consequence of errors in the entry of data by the User as well as problems that are due to his exclusive action, will be added to the invoice.
Payment of products
Payments can be made through PayPal or Mercadopago (https://www.mercadopago.com.ar/): Selecting Rapipago or Pago Fácil, or any of the credit cards enabled through PayPal or Mercadopago, or any other payment method that Troopart may determine in the future. In the payment page you have 48 hours to finish your payment and receive the reserved product in our site. All payment methods are subject to the amount being properly credited and / or verified.

Violation of Terms and Termination of Use
TroopArt reserves the right to refuse to post Content at its sole discretion and to remove Content already posted. It further reserves the right to restrict or suspend your access to the Services in whole or in part at any time, without notice and excluding any claim for damages on your part, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect violations of these applicable Terms and Conditions of Participation. TroopArt expressly reserves the right to take legal action, in particular to claim damages or bring criminal charges.
